Sourdough Loaf

Classic white Loaf with a hint of whole wheat for added flavor.

This is our signature classic sourdough loaf! For this bread we use a mix of Hi Gluten High Mountain White Flour with a hint of  Fresh Milled Whole Hard White Wheat Flour and Fresh Milled Whole Hard Spring Wheat Flour to make a loaf with great rise and flavor.

 

Ingredients: Organic Hi Gluten Wheat Flour, Whole Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour, Whole Hard White Wheat Flour, Sourdough Starter (Organic Hi Gluten Flour and Filtered Water), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Honey Whole Wheat

Fresh Milled Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf sweetened with a touch of honey!

We mill a mix of Hard Red Spring Wheat and Hard White Wheat fresh and add a touch of honey to the dough to give it a hint of sweetness. Using whole fresh milled wheat flour brings out the full flavor without any of the bitterness associated with whole wheat.

R.Y.E Loaf

Sourdough Loaf with a blend of white, spelt and rye flours

Our R.Y.E Loaf is made with mix of Hi Gluten High Mountain White Flour, Fresh Milled Whole Spelt Flour, and Fresh Milled Whole Rye Flour. This loaf has a great depth of flavor that lingers longer after the last bite is gone!

Rosemary Lemon Pepper

Our classic white sourdough loaf mix jazzed up with the addition of rosemary, lemon zest, and black pepper.

We take our already wonderful classic sourdough mix and bring the flavor level to max by adding finely chopped rosemary, lemon zest, and fresh ground black pepper.

Sourdough Filipino Rolls

Pandesal is a buttery slightly sweet Filipino roll and our sourdough version give this Pinoy favorite a slight tang that we can't get enough of!
